Richard was appointed MD of Fund Channel in December 2010. Fund Channel is a joint venture company between Amundi Group and BNPP IP fully dedicated to fund distribution in Europe. Richard has an extensive experience in banking and asset management since 1981. He has held senior positions in sales, marketing, product development and client servicing with leading French and international organisations.
Born & bred in Edinburgh and with a geeky interest in technology
from a very early age, the formative years of David’s career were spent as a
trainee actuary with Life Association of Scotland before stints with Ivory
& Sime, Scottish Life International and strategic consultancy The Abacus.
Having concluded that the prevailing business wasn’t fit for human consumption, David embarked on a mission to create the UK’s first crowdfunded and genuinely collaborative platform which resulted in the creation of Nucleus in 2006. He remains immensely proud to lead the small team that has made Nucleus a credible and refreshing market participant, particularly at a time when honesty and accountability have never mattered more.
Britt Holland-Ellice is a veteran relationship manager, having held roles
at ABN Amro and JP Morgan before transitioning to the fund distribution
platform space at Cofunds in 2011.
Formerly the Head of Cofunds Institutional CRM and then Head of Institutional Fund Relations, in August 2013 she was appointed the Head of Fund Group Relations for Cofunds, encompassing both the Retail and Institutional platforms.
David has over 25 years financial services experience and a proven track record in leading business and technology-based strategic change. For the last 3 years, David has been responsible for SEI’s European Platform offering. Prior to joining SEI, he most recently working as Barclays Head of UK Asset Management and Retail Platforms.
David is Group Executive, Sales and Marketing, for IFDS Funds and Platform Services. Following a period working as a consultant for a number of wrap and platform clients, David joined IFDS in 2007 with responsibility for UK sales and marketing. David has extensive experience in the wrap and platform market, both as a Director of Adnitor and with JPMorgan FundsHub.
Pierre is responsible for the development of BNP Paribas Securities Services' Transfer Agency, Cross-Border Fund Distribution and Fund Dealing Services products and services to meet the global needs of fund promoters and distributors of financial products to the institutional and retail markets. Pierre joined BNP Paribas Group in January 2000 and held various positions in IT, Finance and business lines departments, managing teams and services in fund administration or global fund distribution, based in Paris, London and Luxembourg.
With over 30 years industry experience, Richard is responsible for the product management and development of the Shareholder and Distribution services within RBC Investor & Treasury Services. Prior to joining RBC, he was Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions at Brown Brothers Harriman. Richard holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Essex University
Geoffrey (Geoff) Cook is a Partner, and co-Head of Investor Services’ Europe, Middle East and Africa businesses, at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH). He joined BBH in 1997, and was appointed Partner in 2009. For nine years prior to joining BBH, Geoff was a senior manager in the London, Luxembourg and New York financial services practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Goodhew is an Executive Director of JPMorgan Chase and a Director of JPMorgan Asset Management Europe S.ar l. With a background in Internal Audit and Risk Management he was instrumental in the setting up of Chase’s Institutional Asset Management business in London in 1994 and after the merger with Flemings in 2000 he relocated to Luxembourg in 2001 to head up Risk Management for the European Retail business of JPMorgan Asset Management. With the implementation of UCITS III he moved in 2005 into the new role of head of Corporate Governance for JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.ar l. He is, or has been, active in various industry working groups, organised by EFAMA or ALFI related to; UCITS, Corporate Governance, MiFID, Risk Management, the Key Information Document and the Management Company Passport. He was an industry representative on the CESR technical group on the Disclosure of Charges for the Key Investor Information Document and is a member of the ILA (Luxembourg Institute of Directors) Committee on Fund Corporate Governance.
Michael is Head of Mutual Fund Distribution Operations at Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH and based in Frankfurt. Michael has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial industry, including six years in the fund industry. Prior to joining Allianz Michael worked at Dresdner Bank in Germany as a stock advisor.
Paul has teams in three continents and seventeen locations supporting Franklin’s international business. He has been working with Franklin Templeton for 12 years having previously worked for the Bank of New York, Retail Fund Administration business for 15 years, based in London and Edinburgh.
Grant is the head of the European Shareholder Services group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, based in London. ESS is comprised of the Investment Centre (mutual funds and alternative investment service), Transfer Agent Vendor Oversight, Distribution Support, and Distribution Services teams. Grant joined Goldman Sachs in 2003, and transitioned to London from his previous position as manager of Global Business Services within US Shareholder Services in Chicago.
